It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive for the UK and Europa. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-5 days.
After your payment is verified, we immediately start to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. HULYAH has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for one year after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site or Amazon, the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized HULYAH dealer.
Classy, Elegance and Anaqa series watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM and can withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing. Please try to avoid all these kinds contact with water, as WATER DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather.
You can engrave your name in Arabic or western alphabet or anything you want such as a special date like your anniversary or symbol on your watch. You do not need to provide Arabic, but please inform us what would you like to engrave.

Your wrist is smaller than the length of your mesh strap? Let’s quickly show you how you can change the length of your strap:
1) Open the mesh strap by lifting the safety bracket and panel. 2) Take your any metal tool and place it over the adjustable sealing cap (view illustration) 3) To open the adjustable sealing cap, carefully push your tool down to lift the cap. 4) Now you can move the adjustable cap on the strap in both directions till you’ve found the perfect length for you. 5) To lock, push down the sealing cap again.
There are two kinds of numerals used in Arabic writing: standard numerals (predominant in the Arab world) and Eastern Arabic numerals (used in Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan).
