Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • To our European Union (EU) customers, any orders placed from the 6th of July, 2023, will incur additional charges/duties upon delivery, provided the total value
    of your order is below €150.      This is approximately 20% of
    your total order. No surprise.
  • To our customers in the United States, please note you will not be charged any
    extra fees unless your order is over $600.

International orders may incur customs or import duties and tax charges upon arrival in the destination country outside of the UK. These charges are the responsibility of the
customer, as we do not cover or reimburse these costs, including any import
fees on orders shipped for free.

  • Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank – Including Hulyah London.

Return & Refund

We care customers and trust our products.

  • You have the right to return the (non-custom) products you have purchased on our website within 30 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund.
    There will be no single question. All you need is to say "I did not like it". That's it. 
  • The product(s) must be unused - in the original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact - and in original condition as delivered.
