Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, at this time our courier service is unable to deliver to:

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 2-5 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You can engrave your name in Arabic or western alphabet  or anything you want on your Arabic watch and jewellery. 

You can engrave a special date on your watch like your anniversary.

If you do not know Arabic, no worries just let us know and we will help you immediately. 

Engraving is done by a experienced staff and no harmful effect on your watch. 

We use high quality Japanese materials. For example,

- the movement we use is the Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement which is one of the most well known in the industry.
- battery: all our watches batery are high quality Sony battery 

-We use the highest quality plating technology: PVD plating.

All Classy and Vogue series have a water resistance of 3 ATM. To use your watch long time please avoid all contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty. The Anaqa, Elegance and Bond series watches have a water resistance of 5 ATM and can withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing. 

Our leather straps are made of genuine cow leather.

Never used and will never use pig leather.


The Hulyah London Warranty does not cover:

- Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster.
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents.
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.).
- Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass.
- Watches where the serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.

If purchasing from e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Groupon or an unauthorised third party vendor on Amazon, there is a risk of receiving a timepiece that is counterfeit, used or defective.

Hulyah London does not honour any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorised retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in the warranty card. 

Our timepieces are made according to the high-quality standards of Hulyah London. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.

The warranty for a Hulyah London watch is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty. If the product is returned during the warranty period, Hulyah London will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.

Return & Refund

We care customers and trust our products.

You have the right to return the (non-custom) products you have purchased on our website within 30 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund.

There will be no single question. All you need is "I did not like it". That's it. 

The product(s) must be unused - in the original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact - and in original condition as delivered.

Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

How do I return my order?If you want to return your order, please send us  your return request via email and  then follow the instructions.

IMPORTANT: Please ask for a receipt with the new tracking number in order to be able to track your return.

The buyer bears the direct costs of returning his/her order. The buyer is responsible for preparing and shipping the return shipment. 

Hulyah London  strongly advises any buyer who wants to return his/her order to choose a secured shipment method. Return shipments take place at the risk of the buyer.

Once we have received  and confirmed that the product(s) which  is unused - in the original packaging with all labels and protective stickers intact - and in original condition as delivered.

Then Hulyah will credit the buyer within 14 days after receiving the return shipment. 

Covid-19 Information

You can still shop your favourite Hulyah London online and we are able to deliver your order at home free of charge. 


Even though the display currency is GBP you can pay your own currency and Hulyah London will not charge you any extra costs like commission etc. Feel free to use your  home country bank card.

No. We used to have Aramex cash and delivery services before but due to many unpaid order we had to cancel it. We do not provide this service anymore.
